Grade A Refurbished

Grade A products are sold as new, showing little or no signs of use.

Grade B Refurbished

Grade B products show little signs of use, for example minor scuffs, blemishes and marks. Products that have glass screen (iPhones, iPads etc.) will barely show blemishes when the screen is switched on.

Grade C Refurbished

Grade C products show prominent signs of use, for example clearly visible, obvious blemishes, marks and scratches. Products with glass screen (iPhones, iPads etc.) will show visible marks and scratches.

** Batteries are regarded as consumable item and may need to be replaced within the lifetime of the product. Before placing the product for sale on our website, we ensure that the batteries hold charge, however we cannot guarantee that battery power would be that of a new battery at the time a new product is manufactured or sold.
